Itinerary
The 4-day tour to Zagora and the Chegaga desert via Ouarzazate and the road of one thousand Kasbahs departs from your accommodation or the airport in Marrakech at 8:00 in the morning with a pickup by an air-conditioned and comfortable vehicle. We drive for an amazing journey to explore the Tichka Pass (2260 meters above sea level) and its breathtaking scenery. Proceeding to Zagora in the afternoon. By way of the Tizi N'Tanifeft pass (1660 meters above sea level), we traverse the Little Atlas Mountains. Arrival in Agdez to follow the path leading to Alkaid Ali Tamnougale's kasbah. Go to the Kasbah. We travel to Zagora via the Draa Valley, which is home to breathtaking palm trees and ksour. Spend an overnight accommodation with dinner and breakfast in a guest house, riad, or hotel.
Following breakfast, drive to Amezrou to see the ancient Jewish jewelry-making Kasbah. After that, travel to Tamegroute to see the Koranic Library and the underground Kasbah, which produces green ceramics. Then, lunch in Mhamid Arrive at the Chegaga dunes after driving over a sandy trail and making a brief halt at the Hamada of Draa to view the fossils. Take a stroll in the Dromedary to observe the sunset over the sand dunes. Spend a night in a Berber tent, have a Moroccan traditional dinner, and enjoy music and folklore at night under the stars.

Get up early for breakfast and to see the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, head to Ouarzazate to see the Kasbah of Taourirt and the film studios before heading to Ait Ben Haddou Kabah for lunch on the spot and an afternoon tour of the Ksar, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We travel via the villages of Merzgane and Ighrem, with a brief detour at Tadarte. After that, cross the Tizi Ntichka pass to reach Marrakech. About 6:00 PM is when you get to the Red City. This desert tour ends with drop-off at your accommodation or airport transfer in the city of Marrakech.
